In times like that, You always prevail.
I've made a bad decision once, I really don't want to make it again. Yes, it may not be the SAME mistake, but it's somewhat similar in the sense of it.

I guess I should be happy, because at least you got what you want.
But I'm so sad, because I didn't.

Well, at least it makes me realise, ultimately, God won't treat me like I'm invisible.
It feels like He's waiting.
